Movement is something we are. Not something we do. This workshop is designed for all ages, sizes, and fitness levels of women. Come explore your innate intelligence through conscious movement and community. Dive into posture, stability, power, and flow to create a sense of confidence, sexiness, and ease throughout your being as you work out and through your day.

Genie Joseph, PhD
Genie is the Executive Director of the nonprofit, The Human-Animal Connection. She is the creator of The Act Resilient Method, which has presented Therapeutic Improv training to thousands of Service Members, Veterans, and their families. She is the author of the book, The Act Resilient Method. For her work with the Military, she was given President Obama’s Volunteer Service Award.

Laura Pichareau
Laura is a dedicated bodyworker, nutritionist, and personal trainer with a focus on corrective movement patterns. Laura lets each individual’s body tell her how to combine massage therapy, cranial sacral therapy, neural reset therapy, fascial stretch therapy, and other modalities for the body’s requirements. As far as she knows, she is the only known practitioner to deliver this type of personally based bio individual bodywork. Laura has her Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and her National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork which is the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession. Additionally, she has completed over fifteen teaching certifications in areas ranging from strength training, crossfit, national academy of sports medicine and corrective exercise specialist, aerobics, yoga, and nutrition.
