We are committed to providing a meaningful and positive experience for every participant. Because class sizes are limited and consultation times are reserved especially for you, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before registering.

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or consultation.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be applied as a credit toward any future class or consultation offered by The Human-Animal Connection.

• If you are unable to attend a class you have already paid for, your payment will remain on your account as a credit and may be used for a future class.

​​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event, or failure to attend without notice ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and cannot be credited, except in cases of emergency at our discretion.

• If The Human-Animal Connection must cancel or reschedule a class or consultation, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a future class or consultation.

If you have an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen situations can arise and will do our best to work with you whenever possible.
